These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out the agreement between VPNVan and the user for the cross-border network acceleration subscription service. Activating a subscription, importing a subscription URL into a client or actually using the routes means you have read and agree to these Terms; if you object to anything in them, please stop using the service.
Service scope and coverage
VPNVan provides a subscription-based cross-border network acceleration service: users connect through a client to international routes spread across 100+ countries / 240+ routes for more stable access to international websites and overseas services. Clients cover Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux; the subscription URL is obtained in the user panel and works as soon as it is imported.
Subscriptions are billed by period and data: monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB, with data resetting each month on the activation date and mid-cycle upgrades charged pro rata for the remaining days; data packs are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB, used until exhausted and never expiring. Payment is by Alipay / WeChat / USDT, and no email address is required to register — a username and password are enough.
The service provides acceleration at the route and client level only; it does not cover the user's local broadband, devices or third-party websites' own services. Whether third-party platforms such as streaming regions, AI tools or online games can be reached is decided by their own policies and is not covered by any commitment from this service.
Account and subscription usage rules
An account is for the registered user only. There is no limit on how many devices can be online on one account at the same time, but the account may not be resold, rented or lent out, shared with others, or have its subscription URL posted publicly in forums, chat groups, code repositories or similar places.
A subscription URL is the equivalent of a username and password and counts as private credentials. Any data consumption or loss caused by forwarding it, screenshotting it or storing it carelessly is the user's responsibility; if it leaks, reset it in the user panel as soon as possible.
Reverse engineering, port scanning, stress testing, bulk scraping of the client, subscription URLs or routes, and any other activity clearly beyond normal use are prohibited. Such behaviour may trigger risk controls and lead to the account being restricted.
Acceptable use requirements
Before use, users should confirm for themselves that using this service is permitted under the laws and regulations that apply where they are, and they are responsible for their own use.
The service must not be used for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: infringing the lawful rights of others, distributing unlawful or infringing content, accessing other people's systems or data without authorization, sending spam, or carrying out network attacks or interfering with the normal operation of others' networks.
The service is intended only to optimize cross-border access routes. It makes no commitment about the accessibility of any particular website or app, and it does not authorize any user conduct. Where a report is received or clear violations are found, VPNVan may restrict the relevant account first.
Service availability and liability limits
VPNVan maintains its routes and clients on an ongoing basis and does its best to keep connections stable, but it does not promise any specific bandwidth or latency figures, nor that a given website, streaming region or app will be reachable at any particular time.
The service is not liable for interruptions or slowdowns caused by upstream route changes, carrier network faults, force majeure, or problems with the user's local network or devices, but it will help troubleshoot and switch routes where necessary.
To the extent permitted by law, VPNVan's total liability to the user in respect of the service will not exceed the amount the user actually paid for the affected subscription; it is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption.
Grounds for account termination
Users may stop using the service at any time. Data on monthly plans resets each month on the activation date; data packs are used until exhausted and never expire.
VPNVan may suspend or terminate an account where: the usage rules in these Terms are breached, including resale, sharing, unlawful use and abusive activity; payment is made fraudulently or an unjustified chargeback is filed; or laws and regulations require the service to be stopped.
Accounts terminated for violations are not refunded for the unused portion; cases that do not involve a violation are handled under the refund policy. A full refund may be requested within 7 days of the first payment, with no reason required — see the Refund Policy page for the process.
How the terms change
These Terms may be adjusted as the service scope, payment methods or legal requirements change. Updated terms are published on this page, and the “Last updated” date at the top is changed accordingly.
Material changes affecting billing, refund conditions or the scope of liability will be announced in the user panel or explained through a ticket. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you may stop using the service before it takes effect and request a refund under the refund policy.
If you have questions about these Terms, submit them through the ticket entry in the user panel, or check the FAQ in the Help Center first.
